2. Private Investment Platform Round for Angels
Invesdor’s Private Round service is a closed environment for business angels on the Invesdor.com online investment platform. The Private Round environment provides investors with all the tools they need to screen an investment, communicate with the company, make their transactions and e-sign shareholder agreements – all online, with zero paper pushing.
The benefits of the Invesdor Private Round include:
  • Efficiency: Negotiations and syndicate building can drag on for a long time. Invesdor’s tools help you keep the process efficient with clear deadlines and a structured process.
  • One-stop shop: Investment materials, documentation, discussion forums, shareholder agreement e-signatures and integrated payments and money transfers are all found in one place, so that things won’t 'fall through the cracks'.
  • Legal due diligence included: Invesdor’s legal team has conducted a legal DD on all companies' and their owners’ backgrounds, so that you can proceed with trust.

Target company/angel creates company pitch on Invesdor’s platform. ​Lead investor receives platform access.
Pitch opens ​
​Pitch opens in private showcase mode and the case is communicated by lead and for example NordicBAN.
Includes the following: Executive summary info, Investment tool, View possible without login, and Lead investor description. 
If investor interest received
​If sufficient demand is found and the parties want to do the transaction through Invesdor's platform service, a contract is signed by startup and Invesdor (a separate fee).

Platform services after investment
​The pitch is activated in private mode with the following features: Investors can read all materials, e-sign agreements, subscribe for shares, pay for the subscriptions, and use Invesdor’s escrow accounts.  In addition there are services available for purchase like: Reports and Press release.
​​Investment transaction services ​
The transaction can be completed in private mode, in which case: Invesdor reviews subscriptions, does clients' risk tolerance check (KYC), anti money laundering checks (AML), enables e-signing of necessary documents, and manages the round’s escrow account. (A separate fee included)
​​​Crowdfunding option
The round can be continued as a public crowdfunding round for raising more money and awareness with the same terms of investment. In the crowdfunding option, the funding round receives wide-ranging marketing in Invesdor’s channels and business media. (A separate fee included)

​3. Company Profile Page

Company Profile Pages is a new outsourced investor relations service for all companies. Investors can follow their companies and companies can update and report news and documents through the service. The service is free of charge and it’s open for all companies whether the company has done a funding round through us or not. What’s most important, companies get extra visibility amongst our large community of investors. The content of the profile pages are created by the companies themselves and thus it’s easy for the entrepreneur to modify the page when needed.

​4. Fundraising Index

The Invesdor Digital Fundraising Index (IDFI) tracks the investment performance of the largest deals executed through Invesdor’s digital fundraising platform. The index is updated using the valuation of the funding rounds and using the available public data. The companies that reach the cumulative amount of the smallest component in the index are added quarterly. Only capital invested via Invesdor’s platform is included in the weightnings.

5. Ownersportal (Elektroninen osakasrekisteri-portaali)

Ownersportal is a post-round service mainly for managing the cap table of companies. It’s Invesdor’s own software-as-a-service tool where entrepreneurs can update, report and communicate with the shareholders. Ownersportal is an easy and flexible way for an entrepreneur to keep track of the shareholder register and the secondary market trades. It eliminates the mess of managing the multiple excel spreadsheets and is a cheaper and more flexible alternative than the normal custody account systems that are traditionally used to store electronic securities. For the investors Ownersportal is also a great tool to screen holdings what makes it clear and easy to keep track of own investments.

6. IPO (​Initial Public Offering)

Invesdor focus on digital fundraising. Our platform functions as a subscription place for investments in IPO:s and enables companies to raise funding from investors round the world. We have already worked as a subscription place in many IPO:s, such as Heeros, Siili Solutions and Enersense.
